Why we need you

Even though we work with advanced AI models, these models need training in order to perform at their best. This is the responsibility of the Product Support Team (currently 7 colleagues).

During 2023 we expect to increase the number of channels for which we will analyse the content, as well as add more products to our portfolio. This means we would need to expand our Product Support Team, in order to onboard, train and maintain these products.

What you'll do

We are seeking a full-time Product Support Agent to join our start-up and provide critical support in maintaining our AI solutions for TV operators and OTT providers. As an entry-level position, we require the successful candidate to assist with analysing TV content, provide support for our solutions, and help to resolve issues in a production environment.

The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously, take ownership of their tasks, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility. They should be comfortable working under pressure, but also able to handle routine tasks when deadlines are not imminent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze TV content and provide support for our AI solutions
  • Highlight issues to support our developers.
  • Maintenance of our live products for existing and new clients.

  • You have experience working with (TV) metadata (textual, schedules, images…)
  • You are familiar with TV markets and the content of other countries.
