Two wins in one night: our victory at Videotech Innovation Awards!

Church House Westminster, London: Together with our partner NLZIET, Media Distillery has won two categories during the VideoTech Innovation Awards evening organised by Digital TV Europe.

The new product Topic Distillery TM has triumphed in the following categories:

  • UX AND CONTENT DISCOVERY AWARD
  • ADVANCED TV SERVICE OF THE YEAR

The juries described the winning product as “a transformational service that has found a way to alter catalogue segments in programs and is easy to discover”. As the Best TV Service of the Year, Topic Distillery has been praised for its “innovative way toward better metadata, fully automatic and which will make user’s life easier”.

These two awards complement our UX award with Image Distillery™ which we received last year at VideoTech Innovation Awards 2021. 

Launched in 2019, the VIAs recognizes innovation and achievement in video distribution and the underlying technology platforms enabling it. For Media Distillery, VIAwards mean a genuine recognition of the product, and its innovative value for the consumer and the market.
