Media Distillery has been shortlisted to win the 2022 CSI Awards with Topic Distillery™ for the 'Best use of AI or Machine Learning in video' category. This shortlisting marks the third year in a row that Media Distillery has been nominated to win this award.
Topic Distillery™ enables broadcasters, pay-TV operator, and OTT streamers to provide their viewers faster access to relevant content by automatic topic detection and enabling chapter-based playback by means of automatically generated chapter markers and titles, such that viewers can quickly jump to items of interest. This results in an increase in discoverability and viewing time.
